Variable Message Sign of amber coloured LEDS provide the operator the means of
informing the expressway users of any ‘traffic advice or message’ which will help the
users to avoid any inconvenience or incidents and in general to facilitate the flow of
traffic. These ‘electronic advice or messages’ are relayed from the Traffic Control Centre.
