Lebuh Raya Shah Alam
- Forms part of Kuala Lumpur’s traffic dispersal scheme, namely the Kuala Lumpur Middle Ring Road II (MRR2);
- Is a major inter-urban transportation artery connecting Kuala Lumpur, Cheras,
Petaling Jaya, Subang Jaya, Shah Alam and Klang.
LSA is connected to 3 major Expressway Systems:
- North-South Expressway Central Link (ELITE) at Seafield interchange;Is the gateway to the National Sports Complex, Bukit Jalil at Sukom interchange, the venue of the Commonwealth Games in 1998.
